When is the trip?
We will be experiencing the best that Puerto Vallarta offers from Sept 15-20, 2024.
What kind of weather should I expect?
Puerto Vallarta weather in September is exceptional. Typically the weather is around 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
What currency is accepted?
US Dollars are strongly utilized (if not preferred) at all stores, shops, dining, and entertainment venues. Major credit cards are accepted; however, you may encounter service fees through your bank.
Are there phone plans I should be aware of?
All major phone companies have special plans for Mexico. Please check with your carrier for current details.
Where is the trip?
We will be staying in stunning Puerto Vallarta Mexico at the gorgeous Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta.
Where should I fly in?
You should fly into Licenciado Gustavo Diaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR).
How far is the hotel from the airport?
The Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta is approximately 35 minutes from the airport to the resort.
Will I need to coordinate my own transportation from the airport?
We have selected Connect DMC, which will transport you to the resort.
Is there a dress code?
We're at the beach, so make sure you wear something that makes you feel comfortable and confident. We recommend bringing sunscreen, comfortable footwear, and bringing a jacket, just in case. To experience the ultimate in dining, the hotel has a very strict dress code in some of its restaurants. Please reference each restaurant's dress code here.
What are the registration options?
You can register at any time as long as you register by August 14, 2024. There is limited availability, and the sooner you register, the better saving you can experience.
How do I register?
You can register by filling out the questions on the registration page.
Do I need a passport?
Yes, you will need a passport to enter Mexico. Passport processing can take up to three months or expedited services can do it in four weeks.
What time should I arrive in Puerto Vallarta?
We suggest that your flights do not arrive prior to 3 pm in the afternoon. If you are arriving early, rooms will be upon availability. We will have a storage area to store your luggage so you can enjoy the property prior to getting your room assignments.
